缴同样的月费，可是速度却不同
本人每个月缴RM66, 速度刚刚升级到1 Mbps，相信有些用户的速度还是保持512 Kbps吧；有些朋友缴RM88，可是速度跟我的RM66是一样的，是不是很不公平，为什么同样的速度缴的费用却是不同呢？

Same Monthly Fee BUT Different Speed
I'm paying RM66/month and had recently upgraded to 1Mbps, I believe that some of you or most of you are still having the speed of 512Kbps. Some of my friends are paying RM88/month but their speed is the same as my new speed now. Do you think it's very unfair this way? I pay less, I got faster line but they pay more and got the same speed as mine.

为了测试到底是不是用户本身的问题，请检查：

1. ROUTER/MODEM有没有坏
2. 检查Splitter
3. 电话线内有没有生青苔等等
4. 电话线直接连接到ROUTER/MODEM
5. DSL LED有没有灯／闪
6. 使用Dial Up方式来测试
7. 使用其他电脑来测试

如果以上都没有问题的话，就是STREAMYX的问题了。

To test whether it's your problem:

1. Check your router/modem whether it's working or not?
2. Check your splitter.
3. Is there moss/algea in your phone line?
4. Don't go through the splitter when you connect.
5. Is your DSL light blinking/no light?
6. Disable your auto-connection and connect to Internet manually.
7. Test with other unit(s) of computer(s).

If you've done all the above but you are still having the same problem, then it's definitely Streamyx problem.
